Why 8 modules

Crypto rankings are determined by signals that cross the marketing site, the on-chain layer and the AI search layer. Three of these dimensions did not exist as audit categories two years ago.

Common questions

For module-specific methodology, click through to any of the 8 module pages above.

What does each module cover?

Technical SEO covers Core Web Vitals, robots.txt, canonical and render-blocking. YMYL & E-E-A-T covers project trust, founder identity and audit firm citations. AI Visibility (AEO) tests citation rate across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude. Token Schema validates FinancialProduct, CryptoExchange and SoftwareApplication JSON-LD. Keyword Intent classifies your target keywords across 6 buckets. Backlink Toxicity scores referring domains using the Web3 Backlink Toxicity Rubric. Competitor Analysis benchmarks against your top 20 competitors across 8 dimensions. PDF Report ships a 23-page white-label deliverable.

Are the modules sold separately?

No. All 8 modules run together as part of every Crawlux audit. The Free tier shows results from Technical SEO and AI Visibility modules (~25 of 80+ checks). The Pro tier ($25 one-time per domain) enables all 8 modules with copy-paste fix code. The Team tier ($49) adds 3 seats and 20 custom competitor domains for the Competitor Analysis module.

How long does an audit take?

End-to-end audit takes about 2 minutes from domain submission to PDF download. The 23 specialized analyzers across the 8 modules run in parallel. The PDF is generated in real time using Puppeteer. For Pro tier, you get an email when the report is ready; for Free tier the report renders immediately on screen with PDF download available.

Can I run a single module standalone?

Not as a paid product, but the Crawlux free tools mirror specific modules: AI Citation Checker mirrors part of the AI Visibility module, Token Schema Tester mirrors part of the Token Schema module, Backlink Toxicity Check mirrors part of the Backlink Toxicity module, Crypto SEO Grader mirrors a subset across all modules. Each free tool is faster (~30 seconds) but covers fewer checks than the full module.

How does this compare to generic audit tools?

Generic audit tools (Ahrefs Site Audit, Semrush Site Audit, Sitebulb, Screaming Frog) cover open-web SEO. Crawlux runs a similar foundation in the Technical SEO module then layers crypto-specific modules on top: FinancialProduct schema validation, smart contract security, Web3 backlink toxicity, AEO citation testing on crypto category prompts, audit firm citation tracking. See the Compare hub for full side-by-side comparisons against named tools.

Where does the methodology come from?

The Crawlux audit methodology is built on TG3 Agency's 13+ years auditing crypto and Web3 sites for 200+ clients. Each module page documents the analyzer methodology at depth. The Backlink Toxicity module publishes the open Web3 Backlink Toxicity Rubric (v1) as a reference for any auditor to use, with or without Crawlux.
