If you are using Crawlux on behalf of an organization (an agency, a marketing team, an in-house SEO team), you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. The organization is also bound by these terms.
In plain language
Using Crawlux means you accept these terms. If you are using it for your company, you confirm you can sign on the company's behalf.
03Service description
Crawlux is an automated SEO audit tool built specifically for crypto, Web3 and blockchain projects. The audit engine runs 23 analyzers across 6 check groups and produces a scored audit report.
The audit methodology is documented openly on the methodology page. The 23 analyzers, scoring weights and calibration sources are subject to quarterly review. Audits store the methodology version they ran against for reproducibility.
The Service is provided as-is. Audit findings are recommendations based on observed data and the published methodology, not guarantees of ranking improvement or commercial outcomes.
04Account registration
You may run a free audit without creating an account by providing only an email address. To purchase a Pro or Team tier audit, or to access the dashboard, you must create an account with a valid email address and a secure password.
Provide accurate information
Use real details during registration. Misleading information may result in account suspension.
Keep your password confidential
Do not share your password. Use a password manager. Enable two-factor authentication when available.
Notify us of unauthorized access
Email [email protected] immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
You are responsible for activity
All audits, payments and configuration changes under your account are attributed to you.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Crawlux account. The Service is not available to users in jurisdictions where it would violate applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse service to any user at our discretion.
05Payment and pricing
Crawlux uses a one-time per-domain pricing model. There are no recurring subscriptions for Free, Pro or Team tiers. Each audit is purchased independently for a specific domain.
| Tier | Price | Billing model |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | One free audit per unique domain |
| Pro | $25 | One-time payment per domain audit |
| Team | $49 | One-time payment per domain audit (white-label PDF included) |
| Enterprise | Custom | Annual contract with dedicated infrastructure and SLA |
Payment processing
Payments processed by Stripe under PCI-compliant infrastructure. We do not store credit card numbers. Receipts emailed automatically after successful payment.
Currency and taxes
All prices in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. Taxes (where applicable) calculated at checkout based on your billing location.
Price changes
We reserve the right to change pricing. Changes apply to future audits only. Audits already paid for are honored at the price paid regardless of subsequent changes.
06Refund policy
Crawlux offers refunds in specific circumstances. The eligibility decision table below shows what is and is not refundable across all tiers and scenarios.
| Scenario | Refundable | Conditions and process |
|---|---|---|
| Free tier audit failed | No | No payment was collected. Free tier audits can be re-run on the same domain at no cost. |
| Pro/Team infrastructure failure | Yes | If audit fails due to Crawlux infrastructure issue: automatic re-run free of charge, or full refund at your discretion. No request required. |
| Sustained upstream provider outage | Yes | If a required provider (DataForSEO, CoinGecko, etc) is unavailable beyond retry tolerance: re-run free or refund in full. |
| Verified methodology bug | Case-by-case | Refund evaluated against the specific bug. Email [email protected] within 30 days with audit ID and bug details. |
| Accidental duplicate purchase | Yes | If two audits purchased for the same domain in error: full refund of the duplicate. Email [email protected] within 30 days. |
| Disagreement with findings | No | The methodology is documented openly. Buyers should evaluate fit before purchasing. Findings disputes go through the methodology challenge process. |
| Low audit score | No | Score reflects the actual state of the audited domain against the published methodology. Low scores indicate work to do, not refund grounds. |
| Buyer's remorse | No | Decisions to no longer want the audit after purchase are not refundable. Sample report and methodology pages let buyers evaluate fit before paying. |
| Enterprise tier cancellation | Per contract | Enterprise contracts specify individual refund and cancellation terms. Standard SaaS terms apply unless negotiated otherwise. |
In plain language
Failed audits get refunded or re-run. Completed audits with verifiable bugs get refunded. We do not refund for changing your mind.
07Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others or interferes with the operation of the Service. The following actions are prohibited.
Unauthorized domain audits
Submitting domains you do not own or lack permission to audit (where authorization is required).
Reverse engineering
Reverse-engineering the audit engine or attempting to extract proprietary calibration data.
Unauthorized resale
Reselling audits or PDF reports as your own without explicit white-label authorization. Team tier white-label customization is permitted.
Harassment or harm
Using the Service to harass, defame or harm any individual or organization.
Circumventing limits
Attempting to circumvent rate limits, tier restrictions or billing controls.
Illegal content
Submitting domains hosting illegal content, malware or other harmful material.
Systematic scraping
Scraping or systematically downloading content from crawlux.com beyond normal browser use.
Crawlux audits read publicly accessible information from the domains you submit. Domain owners are responsible for ensuring they have authorization to audit any domain they submit.
08Intellectual property
Crawlux ownership
The Crawlux name, logo, audit engine, dashboard interface, PDF report templates and proprietary calibration data are owned by TG3 Agency. The published methodology is documented openly on the methodology page and is intentionally available for other auditors to use, but the implementation, calibration data and execution layer remain proprietary.
Your content
You retain all rights to the domains and content you submit for audit. Submitting a domain for audit does not transfer any ownership to us. You grant us a limited license to access the submitted domain for the sole purpose of running the audit.
Audit reports
Once delivered, the audit report (JSON output and PDF) is yours to use. You may share, redistribute or reproduce audit reports for any lawful purpose including client deliverables, internal analysis or public discussion. The Crawlux brand remains attributed unless you have Team tier white-label customization.
Open methodology preserved
The Crawlux audit methodology documented at /blog/crawlux-methodology/ is published openly. Other auditors may reference, implement and apply the methodology with or without using Crawlux.
09Audit data and ownership
Each audit produces JSON output, dashboard view and (Pro/Team) PDF report. The full audit output belongs to you. We retain a copy on our infrastructure for the retention period documented in the privacy policy.
Anonymized aggregation
We use anonymized aggregate audit data to calibrate the methodology and improve the audit engine. Aggregation strips all domain-identifying information before data enters the calibration pipeline. We do not use identifiable audit data for training AI models or for any purpose beyond improving Crawlux.
Confidentiality
Individual audit results are treated as confidential. We do not publish, share or sell identifiable audit data. Sample audits used in marketing material are anonymized as documented on the sample report page. Case studies are published only with explicit client consent.
10Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime on Crawlux core services. The status page tracks live operational status for the audit engine, dashboard, PDF generator, webhook delivery and upstream providers. Historical uptime data is published on the status page.
Maintenance and outages
Planned maintenance windows are announced at least 24 hours in advance via the status page and email to active users. Unplanned outages are documented on the status page in real time. Crawlux audit retry logic handles brief upstream provider outages automatically.
No SLA on Free, Pro or Team tiers
Free, Pro and Team tiers do not include a contractual SLA. The 99.9% uptime target is a goal, not a commitment. Enterprise contracts include negotiated SLAs with credits for downtime exceeding agreed thresholds.
11Warranties and disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Audit findings are recommendations
Crawlux audit findings are recommendations based on observed data and the documented methodology. We do not guarantee that following audit recommendations will result in improved search rankings, increased AI citation rates, higher traffic or any specific commercial outcome.
SEO and AEO outcomes depend on factors outside our control including competitor activity, search engine algorithm changes and AI model updates.
No professional advice
Crawlux audit reports are not legal, financial, regulatory or compliance advice. The YMYL trust signal analysis in audits is a technical SEO measurement, not regulatory guidance. Consult qualified professionals for legal, financial or regulatory matters.
In plain language
Audits give you data and recommendations. They do not guarantee rankings or business outcomes. They are not legal advice.
12Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TG3 Agency, its affiliates, officers, employees or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
$100
Minimum liability cap
The floor of our total aggregate liability under these terms.
12mo
Or amount paid to us
The greater of $100 or what you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US Dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
13Termination
Termination by you
You may stop using Crawlux at any time. To delete your account and request data deletion, email [email protected]. Account deletion does not entitle you to refunds for completed audits.
Termination by us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the Service, fail to pay for purchased audits or engage in fraudulent activity. We will provide notice where reasonable, except in cases of severe violation where immediate termination is necessary.
Effect of termination
Upon termination, your access to the Service ends. Audit reports already delivered remain yours and are not retroactively withdrawn. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) survive termination.
14Governing law and disputes
Crawlux operates internationally with offices in London (United Kingdom) and Dubai (United Arab Emirates). Disputes are resolved through international arbitration rather than national courts.
International arbitration
Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The seat and language of arbitration shall be determined by the parties or, failing agreement, by the ICC.
Informal resolution first
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. Many disputes resolve at this stage.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary.
Entire agreement
These terms together with the privacy policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Crawlux. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
